About this page

When you browse the IceShore websites or use the IceShore app, your browser sends information to companies other than IceShore. This page describes what information is sent, where it is sent, the purposes for which the recipient uses it, and how to stop it.
This page covers the following sites:
  • iceshore.ai (the IceShore website, including the blog).
  • app.iceshore.ai (the IceShore app).
  • help.iceshore.ai (the IceShore help site).
  • legal.iceshore.ai (legal documents).

  • Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC.
RecipientGoogle LLC (United States and other countries)
SitesAll four sites above (in the app, including pages after sign-in)
Information sentThe URL and title of the page you view (in the app, we keep only the URL parameters beginning with utm_, which are used to measure advertising effectiveness, and remove invitation codes, email addresses, authentication values and similar data before sending; the title is always sent as “IceShore”), the referring URL (only the domain when you come from another site), the date and time of your visit, browser and device information (language, screen size, operating system and so on), your IP address, the identifier stored in a cookie, your actions on the page (the location and label of buttons you click, how far you scroll, and, in the connection guides in Help, the type of AI client you select and your copy actions), and how long the page took to display
Information not sentNames of architectures and workspaces, the content of architectures (ADL), the contents of uploaded files, and text you type into input fields
Cookies stored_ga, _ga_VKVRTT01C9 (an ID used to identify your browser; kept for up to 2 years from your last visit)
Retention in Google Analytics 414 months
IceShore's purposeTo measure traffic and improve our sites and app
Recipient's purposeTo provide statistics to IceShore, and to provide, maintain and improve Google Analytics
Recipient’s privacy policyGoogle Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
Browsers set to a European time zoneGoogle Analytics 4 is not loaded (see below for how this is determined)

If your browser is set to a European time zone (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), or if the time zone cannot be determined, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded. In that case, none of the information above is sent to Google Analytics 4, and its cookies are not stored. Because this is determined from the time zone setting, Google Analytics 4 is still loaded if you are in Europe but your browser is set to a time zone outside Europe. To stop it reliably, use one of the methods below.
We do not link the browsing records sent to Google Analytics 4 with your IceShore account.

    How to opt out

You can stop information from being sent to Google Analytics 4 in either of the following ways.
  • On a desktop browser, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provided by Google.
  • Block connections to googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com and analytics.google.com (including their subdomains) with a browser extension or your organization’s proxy or firewall. The IceShore app still works normally with these blocked.

  • Blocking only cookies whose names begin with _ga does not affect sign-in. However, if you block all cookies for iceshore.ai (including its subdomains), the cookies used for sign-in are not stored either, and you will not be able to sign in to the IceShore app.

    Updates to this page

We will update this page when we change the recipients or the information sent.
