Prices:
- Team: USD 19 per seat / month (excluding tax)
- Business: USD 39 per seat / month (excluding tax)
- Customers in Japan are billed in Japanese yen: Team JPY 3,300 per seat / month (tax included; JPY 3,000 excluding tax), Business JPY 6,600 (tax included; JPY 6,000 excluding tax). The billing currency is determined by your registered country
- Billed monthly in advance per seat. At checkout, the applicable tax is added to the tax-exclusive price. For yen prices, 10% consumption tax is added, so you pay the tax-included amount shown above. USD prices also exclude tax, and the applicable tax is added at checkout.
- A seat is a paid place for a member in a workspace. You are billed for the number of seats you contract for, including seats that are not assigned to anyone. Guest collaborators do not use a seat and are not charged.
Additional fees:
- Communication charges will be incurred separately for Internet connection to the telecommunication carrier with which you have a contract.
- Tax is added at checkout to the tax-exclusive price as described above; no further tax is added to the tax-included yen amount.
Method and time of payment:
- You can pay by any method shown on the payment page (Stripe Checkout), such as credit card.
- Billed as a fixed amount monthly in advance (the first payment is made at the time of application, and each subsequent payment is made monthly from that date).
- If you change your seat count or plan mid-cycle, the remainder of the cycle is prorated (an increase is invoiced immediately; a decrease is credited against later invoices).
Extradition period:
- Available immediately after application is accepted
Returns and Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of this service, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges
Termination Terms (ending a Paid Plan):
- You can end a Paid Plan at any time from the settings screen of each service. There is no minimum usage period.
- It takes effect on the last day of the current billing period, and the prepaid period remains available to you until that last day (except where it ends under Section 6(4) of the Data Processing Agreement).
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period, but the service continues to be available to you until the last day.
- However, if you end a Paid Plan under Section 6(4) of the Data Processing Agreement, we refund the prepaid fees for the period after the end date.
- Ending a Paid Plan does not delete the Workspace or its data; you can keep using it on the Free plan. Cancelling your account and deleting a Workspace are separate procedures.
Recommended environment and supported devices:
- Latest (stable) version of Google Chrome browser running on Windows or macOS
- Screen resolution 1920x1080px or higher (screen sizes less than 960px wide will limit functionality)
- JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled in your browser to use the service
- Use of third-party extensions or plug-ins may interfere with normal operation
